  • No refund will be provided


4. Cancellation by Rohana Ceylon Tours

Rohana Ceylon Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Safety concerns

  • Government restrictions

In such cases:

  • Customers will be offered an alternative date, or

  • A full refund will be provided.


5. Changes to Bookings

Customers may request to change their booking dates depending on availability.

Additional charges may apply.


6. Third-Party Services

If a tour includes services provided by hotels, guides, or other suppliers, their own cancellation policies may apply.
