This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are processed for bookings made with Rohana Ceylon Tours.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted depending on the cancellation time and circumstances related to the booking.

Customers must request cancellations through our official communication channels.


2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • No-show for the tour

  • Late arrival by the customer

  • Failure to bring required travel documents

  • Voluntary early departure from the tour


4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days depending on the payment method used.

Transaction fees charged by payment providers may not be refundable.


5. Third-Party Services

If your tour includes hotels, transportation, or other services provided by third parties, their refund policies may apply.

Rohana Ceylon Tours cannot guarantee refunds for third-party services.
