A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation from Rohana Ceylon Tours.

If a deposit payment is made, the remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour or on the first day of the tour.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other accepted methods.
Prices may change due to supplier changes, fuel prices, taxes, or government regulations.

Rohana Ceylon Tours acts only as an intermediary in arranging accommodation and services provided by these suppliers.
- Therefore, Rohana Ceylon Tours shall not be held responsible for any delays, errors, service failures, or other issues arising from the services provided by such third-party suppliers.
- All such services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
8. Client Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
Follow local laws and regulations in Sri Lanka.
Respect cultural and environmental guidelines.
Follow instructions given by tour guides and drivers.
Failure to comply may result in termination of the tour without refund.

- Rohana Ceylon Tours shall not be responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance.
15.Photography and Media
- During tours, photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional and marketing purposes.
- By participating in a tour with Rohana Ceylon Tours, customers grant permission for such images or videos to be used on our website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials.
- Customers who do not wish to appear in such media must inform us in advance.

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

17. Entrance Fees and Additional Expenses

Additional entrance fees, optional activities, personal expenses, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, and any other extra costs must be borne by the guests.
18. Meals and Accommodation
Accommodation and meals included in the tour package will be provided according to the tour itinerary.
Any additional meals, room service, minibar charges, or personal expenses incurred at hotels or other accommodations must be paid directly by the guest.
Rohana Ceylon Tours will not be responsible for any additional charges made by accommodation providers.
19. Customer Conduct and Behavior
All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the tour.
Rohana Ceylon Tours reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the participation of any guest whose behavior is considered disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or harmful to other guests, staff, or property.
In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.
