Any services or upgrades that are not included in the selected tour package—such as hotel upgrades, additional nights, optional activities, entrance fees (if excluded), special transportation requests, or other personal arrangements—will be charged separately and are the responsibility of the guest.

If you wish to stay at a hotel after completing the tour and require a separate airport transfer on a later date, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to include this service in your tour quotation or arrange it separately at an additional cost, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and reliable transfer.

Yes. You may upgrade your accommodation to Luxury or Premium hotels, subject to availability. Any additional cost for hotel upgrades will be quoted in advance and must be paid by the guest.

Any changes will always be made with the safety and comfort of our guests as the highest priority. Whenever possible, we will arrange suitable alternatives to ensure you continue to enjoy your tour.
